Review of Massage Ball (9cm)

The massage ball is a fun tool and better than I thought it would be. I really enjoyed using it on the family. Great on your feet!

it is exactly what i wanted and the delivery was only 2 days later. the only downside was that the was 2 yellow 2 green and a pink, i was hoping for 5 different colours. next time i ask.

My mum has arthritis, her feet are particularly bad so I bought these for her to massage her feet. She thinks they are wonderful as they are really helping ease the pain. She also uses them on her hands. Thank you and thank you for your prompt delivery.

Fast delivery, nice value for money, and works for my bad back. ive Used the massage ball for some weeks now, and my back is much better. A little bit smaller then others I tried, but that makes it easy to bring with me :)

I originally bought one of these massage balls for myself as i have tension in the left scapula area from having worked years in an office typing. I really appreciated finding something simple that i could just use to alleviate the tension in an area i couldnt reach.

I later brought more to help my clients (sports massage) and many of them have reported back how much they like using them, for back, shoulder or calf pain.

I bought the foot massage ball on the recommendation of my physiothreapist, having had quite a bit of trouble with painful arches. Whilst it takes a little getting used to, the overall massage effect from the spikes on this product are so much better than the smooth surface ball I have used previously.
It`s a good product, at a good price and performs exactly as expected.
I have no hesitation in recommending this product.
