Walk-in Backrub offer a professional & accredited 2 day On-Site Chair Massage Course in Central London.
The on site chair massage course is accredited by CThA and is recognised by professional bodies and massage Insurance companies.
The course comprises 2 days, and a separate practical assessment.
Our aim is to equip you in theory, practice and confidence to a high professional standard with close supervision and support throughout.
- You'll be able to put your new on site massage skills in to practice immediately.
- You'll learn the most effective chair massage techniques & pressure points.
- You'll have the opportunity of working at one of our 5 massage centres in
- Covent Garden, Oxford Street Fitzrovia and Carnaby street London.
The On site chair massage course has been designed not only to give a thorough training in on-site massage but also an understanding of the basic principles and therapeutic touch of shiatsu massage.
We believe our unique style of Japanese chair massage and 13 year experience from running 5 no-appointment on site massage shops will give you a superior and quality of touch which other chair massage schools cannot offer you.
The on site chair massage course is suitable for
massage therapists, body workers or students on a bodywork course.
Some previous experience of massage or an anatomy qualification is required as a basic knowledge of Human anatomy and physiology is essential.
On completion of the 2 days massage training you will receive a certificate of attendance for CPD purposes,
You will obtain a full On-Site Chair Massage Certificate once you've taken the assessment.
The assessment is like a one-on-one "tutorial", which you'll receive invaluable feedback for fine-tuning your skills and perfecting your massage along with a certificate as proof of your achievement.
